Real Easy Homemade Fudge Pops

You will need popsicle molds or something similar. I used silicone baking cups, which is all I had, and they work great! I have popsicle molds on my list, because I have so many more delicious treats in store! And these are good for you too! Real food ingredients your body can use! You will love how delicious and indulgent they are, and it feels even more amazing, knowing its supporting our bodies. Our health. Mind, body, soul! And you deserve that!
Here is the super simple recipe! You can whip these up in just a few minutes!

1/2 cup Pure 100% Real Maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened real cocoa
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
1 1/4 cups milk

1. Simply whisk together the maple syrup, cocoa, and vanilla, in a medium bowl. Whisk for a minute until smooth. Combine yogurt and milk until mixed together and smooth.
2. Pour this divine fudge mixture into your molds, and freeze for at least 5 hours, or overnight for best results!
